RESILIENCE
There is a particular kind of
strength that only becomes
visible under load. A
foundation is judged not
by how it looks when the
building is empty, but by how
it holds when every floor
above it is occupied, when
the wind changes direction,
when the ground itself grows
unpredictable. FY 2025-26
was, in many ways, a year
that tested exactly this, not
the ambition of the structure,
but the integrity of what lies
beneath it.
02 Alicon Castalloy Limited
For Alicon, that foundation was never a single thing. It was 57 years of engineering
discipline, poured quietly into every casting long before the world asked hard
questions of it this year. It was a customer base built deliberately wide, so that no
single relationship, geography or platform could tilt the whole. It was a balance sheet
strengthened patiently, cycle after cycle, so that when volatility inevitably arrived,
there was room to absorb it rather than simply react to it. None of this was built for
FY 2025-26 specifically. It was built for a year exactly like FY 2025-26, whenever it
happened to come.
And it came. Global markets turned uncertain in ways few had fully anticipated, even as
India's own economy and industry moved with a confidence of its own. Costs shifted.
Supply lines wavered. A customer's operations were disrupted by circumstances
entirely outside anyone's control. In each instance, what carried the business through
wasn't improvisation, it was structure that had already been laid, tested now rather
than for the first time.
A foundation, after all, is rarely admired for its own sake. It is admired for what it
allows to stand above it, for the floors that keep rising precisely because no one below
is worrying about whether they will hold. That, perhaps, is the quieter story of this
year: not of a company proving something new about itself, but of one discovering,
once again, that what it had already built was sound enough to trust.

NOCILA
We are Alicon Castalloy Limited, a Pune-headquartered integrated
manufacturer of precision aluminium castings and one of India's
largest players in the industry. We were among the country's early
pioneers in Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) and Gravity Die
Casting (GDC), helping shape the evolution of aluminium casting
in India over the last five decades.
Today, we design, cast, machine
and assemble precision aluminium
components for customers across
18 countries, combining engineering
excellence with manufacturing scale to
deliver solutions that meet the evolving
needs of global industries.
What We Build and For
Whom
Our capabilities extend across the
entire product lifecycle, from prototype
design, tool design and simulation,
tool manufacturing and fixture design
to casting, value analysis and value
engineering (VA/VE), machining, sub-
assembly, painting and surface treatment.
While the automotive sector continues
to be our largest market, serving leading
two, three and four-wheeler OEMs
and Tier-1 suppliers, we have steadily
expanded into high-growth sectors
including infrastructure, defence,
aerospace, energy, agriculture and
carbon-neutral technologies. We also
entered the non-automotive precision
components segment for data-centre
infrastructure, marking another step
in our ongoing diversification journey.
Our customer portfolio is intentionally
broad, ensuring that no single customer
represents a disproportionate share of
our business.
