Subject: Intimation of Record Date for payment of Final Dividend for FY 2025-26
1. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the
Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the
entitlement of Members to receive the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (30%) per equity share
(face value of Rs. 5) for the financial year 2025-26.
2. The said Dividend, if approved at the 54th AGM, scheduled to be held on September
29, 2026, shall be disbursed (subject to TDS) to eligible Members, by October 28, 2026 i.e.,
within 30 days from the date of approval.
