Heart & Strength
In pursuit of doing good
The MP Birla Group – one of India’s pioneering business houses – is
guided by its credo of Heart & Strength: a philosophy that applies to
every dimension of business we run and every social and philanthropic
endeavour we undertake.
Our businesses are conducted with Heart – uncompromising integrity,
fairness and the values instilled by our founders, honouring every
stakeholder as a true partner in progress – and with Strength –
relentlessly redefining levels of excellence in technology, quality,
service, innovation and value creation.
The same mantra breathes life into the educational, healthcare and
other charitable not-for-profit institutions established and managed
by us – founded to give back to society. We serve with Heart – genuine
care and empathy – and with Strength – by providing the best-in-class
facilities and services to society, especially the less privileged.
Together, our businesses and social & philanthropic activities reflect a
single purpose: to create enduring value – economic, social and
human – for every community we touch, thereby honouring the
legacy of those who built this Group on the belief that commerce and
conscience are not in conflict, but are, in fact, inseparable.
