Dear Sir/ Madam, In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 19th June, 2026 and 25th June, 2026 about dispatch of notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM Notice) and certain comments/ observations communicated by National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to the in-principal applications filed by the Company in respect of the proposed preferential issue of Equity shares and Warrants, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on Thursday, 9th July, 2026, inter-alia approved the following: i) Modification in the list of proposed allottees of Equity Shares and Warrants proposed to be issued on preferential basis: We would like to inform that following proposed allottees to whom equity shares and warrants were to be issued on preferential basis subject to the approval of the shareholders, have become ineligible pursuant to Regulation 159 of Chapter V of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. Therefore, the Board of Directors has approved the removal of such ineligible persons from the list of existing proposed allottees.
