The assessment involved independent physical and video verification of the Company’s manufacturing facility, manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment and infrastructure, and the Company has been assessed satisfactorily as an OEM for the following product categories — Professional Large Format Display, Interactive Boards, Interactive Panels with CPU, Data Wall Display, and LED Based Information Display System. The Vendor Assessment Report is valid up to 26 April 2028. The Company’s management views this as a meaningful development in the context of its broader strategy of establishing verified domestic manufacturing credentials across its display and digital infrastructure product portfolio. The approved categories are directly aligned with the Company’s existing manufacturing capabilities and product offerings, and position the Company as an independently verified OEM on India’s primary government procurement platform a distinction that strengthens the Company’s credentials with government departments, public sector entities, defence and education institutions, smart city programme administrators, and system integrators operating within the government and institutional procurement ecosystem.
