The aggregate consideration paid for the acquisition was ₹1,90,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Lakh only). Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, the Company’s shareholding in Funky Monkeys has increased from 64.00% to 68.10% of its equity share capital.
