Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Sam Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from July 1, 2026. This restriction applies to all directors, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are declared to the public, as per SEBI Insider Trading Regulations.
