On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend my sincere gratitude to all of you for joining us today and for your continued trust and support in our journey. Performance Overview The financial year 2025-26 was a year of transition and strategic strengthening for Inventure. Despite operating in a market environment marked by periods of volatility, rising compliance requirements, and intensifying competition, we maintained operational resilience. During the year Revenue from operation is `3451.48 lakhs and Profit Before tax is `98.68 lakhs and profit after tax is `153.62 Lakhs Earnings per share is 0.015 on standalone basis On Basis Consolidated Basis revenue from operation `5101.34 lakhs and Profit Before tax is `458.68 lakhs and profit after tax is `384.65 Lakhs Earnings per share is 0.04. Key Achievements and Strategic Milestones The financial year marked an important phase in the evolution of the Company and its subsidiaries, with the Group making significant strides towards business diversification, technology-led growth and strengthening its presence across the broader financial services ecosystem. During the year, the Company successfully expanded beyond its traditional broking activities by entering into new and emerging segments, while its subsidiaries further strengthened the Group’s capabilities in capital markets and investment management. Technology-Led Expansion The Company entered the Algorithmic Trading (Algo Trading) segment for Institutional Clients through its Algo Trading platform. This initiative represents an important step towards enhancing the technology capabilities of the Company and providing clients with more sophisticated, systematic and technology-driven trading solutions. The Company also forayed into the Securities Lending and Borrowing Mechanism (SLBM) segment, further broadening its participation in the capital market ecosystem and enabling the Group to offer a wider range of market- related services to its clients. Strengthening Capital Market Capabilities Through its subsidiaries, the Group strengthened its presence in the primary capital markets by successfully completing the Crazy Snacks SME IPO as Lead Manager along with other IPO assignments during the year. These transactions reflect the Group’s growing capabilities in capital market advisory and execution and its ability to support companies in accessing the public markets. The successful execution of SME and other IPO assignments has further enhanced the Group’s relationships with entrepreneurs, corporates and investors and provides a strong platform for future opportunities in the capital markets. Expansion of Wealth and Investment Management The Group continued to diversify its business by expanding its Wealth Management, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and Debt Products activities through its subsidiaries.
