Reliability & Responsiveness, Reimagined India’s strides toward the Viksit Bharat vision for 2047 stand at a defining crossroads where growth, sustainability and energy security are no longer separate journeys but a single, shared path forward. As our nation accelerates renewable energy adoption, the transition cannot realise its full potential without progressively replacing hydrocarbons across the economy. Today, hydrocarbons account for a large share of energy consumption in multiple forms — including fuels, fertilisers and chemicals — presenting a significant opportunity to build a broader and more integrated roadmap for renewable energy growth. As electrification expands into sectors that have traditionally relied on the flexibility and responsiveness of hydrocarbons, the energy system must offer comparable reliability, agility and responsiveness. This will require a renewable energy-led grid that is supported by storage, flexible generation and intelligent grid infrastructure. Powering India’s ambition demands more than megawatts on paper; it calls for energy that arrives precisely when the grid calls for it, reliable in delivery and matched to an economy accelerating in every direction. The conversation around renewable energy is evolving too, moving beyond how much clean power is generated to how dependably it is delivered, day and night, season after season. ACME Solar sees this shift as an invitation to lead. In FY 2026, we deepened our commitment to reliability by scaling our BESS* and FDRE** portfolios, weaving storage and flexibility into the very architecture of renewable power so that clean energy becomes not just abundant but unfailingly present when the moment demands it. We are working closely with the grid to develop solutions that can reliably meet short-duration and time-sensitive power demand. With India’s Net Zero pledge by 2070 as the horizon, the path ahead calls for solutions that combine scale with steadfastness and vision with delivery. ACME Solar is architecting that future today, reimagining renewable energy not merely as a greener alternative but as a dependable force, one capable of strengthening the grid, powering ambition and steering India confidently towards a low-carbon tomorrow. *Battery Energy Storage System **Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy About ACME Solar Holdings NSE/BSE: ACMESOLAR | 544283 Ltd (ACME Solar) Vision Building the Next- generation Utility Company To lead the global transition to sustainable energy by harnessing solar, wind and other technologies, providing clean and reliable power for a greener future.
