Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 31A(8)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that the Company has submitted an application seeking approval for re- classification of erstwhile Promoters/Promoter Group entities/persons from the category of “Promoter/Promoter Group” to “Public”, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A (9) of the SEBI LODR Regulations to BSE on 28th January, 2026 and to NSE on 29th April, 2026. The aforesaid application has been made pursuant to and in furtherance of the Order dated May 12, 2023 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (“NCLT Order”), approving the Resolution Plan in respect of the Company and the consequential changes in the shareholding and management/control of the Company and the Board noted the Promoter Re-classification in their Board meeting held on 22nd January, 2026. Furthermore, the Company has received a query letter Vide letter No. NSE/LIST/588 dated 1st September, 2026 from NSE Limited regarding applicability of regulation 31A(2) & 8(c) of SEBI LODR. The Company has taken note of the same and complying with above said regulation of SEBI LODR Regulations.
