In this regard, the Board also decided to initiate the process to surrender its Digital Addressable System (DAS) license granted by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, which was renewed vide letter No. 9/17/2014-BP&L dated 30.01.2025 for a period of 10 years up to 29.05.2034. It is to be noted that the above closure of operation does not have any material and adverse effect on the operations of the company. The closure of cable operations and surrender of DAS license is in line with the Company’s strategic realignment and focus on its core business areas. The Company will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, and necessary disclosures shall be made as and when required. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
