AMBO Agritec, incorporated in 1994 and formerly known as Sunny Biscuits Private Limited, has grown from a biscuit manufacturer serving rural markets in Eastern India into a diversified food and consumer products company. Today, our portfolio includes biscuits, potato chips, extruded snacks, edible oils, specialty tea and packed food products, supported by established brands such as Happy Bite, AMBO Gold, Happy Heart and Max Health. The Company continued to deliver encouraging performance during FY 2025–26. Revenue from operations increased from ₹12,001.99 lakhs in FY 2024–25 to ₹12,971.52 lakhs in FY 2025–26, representing a growth of approximately 8.08%. This performance reflects strong market acceptance, sustained demand and the successful implementation of our business strategies. Going forward, our focus will remain on expansion, diversification, strengthening our brands, improving operational efficiencies and exploring new domestic and international markets. We remain committed to sustainable growth and long-term value creation for our stakeholders. BOARD OF DIRECTORS Umesh Kumar Agarwal Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Umesh Kumar Agarwal holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom, and possesses extensive experience in brand development, marketing, sales, production and distribution. He has played a key role in strengthening the Company’s brands, particularly HAPPY BITE, across West Bengal through continuous focus on product quality, flavour, packaging and distribution. He is also involved in the production, sales and marketing of HAPPY HEART premium edible oils and has contributed significantly to the promotion of the MAX HEALTH range of food products. His strategic vision and market expertise continue to support the Company’s growth, expansion and modernisation initiatives. Saikat Chatterjee Executive Director Mr. Saikat Chatterjee has been associated with Ambo Agritec since its inception in 1994 and is responsible for the overall operations of the Biscuit factory. With extensive experience in production processes, quality management, maintenance and statutory compliance, he has played a key role in ensuring efficient and smooth factory operations. He is also involved in Human Resource activities and continuously works towards improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency. Mrs. Jaishree Lahoti Non-Executive Independent Director Mrs. Jaishree Lahoti holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Pune University and has over 5 years of professional experience in the fields of Marketing and Investment Advisory. During her professional career, she has gained valuable exposure to market analysis, investment planning, client relationship management and strategic marketing. Her experience enables her to provide an informed and independent perspective on business matters, financial and investment-related decisions and market opportunities. She brings a balanced approach to the Board and contributes to effective corporate governance, strategic decision-making and the overall growth and development of the Company. Mr. Shital Ray Non-Executive Independent Director Mr. Shital Ray has completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and possesses around 7 years of professional experience in the fields of Sales and Marketing. He has developed sound knowledge and practical expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, business development and marketing operations. He brings valuable industry experience and professional insight to the Board in his capacity as an Independent Director of the Company. Mihir Kumar Dutta Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Mr. Mihir Kumar Dutta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and possesses professional experience in business development, procurement and management. He has also worked as an Assistant with reputed organizations, gaining valuable exposure to business operations, administration and organizational management. His experience and understanding of business processes enable him to provide an independent and practical perspective on matters placed before the Board. As an Independent Director, he contributes to effective corporate governance, strategic decision-making and the sustainable growth of the Company.
