Dear Sir, We wish to inform you that the 48th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Hotel Saffron Leaf, GMS Road Dehradun, Uttarakhand- 248146, in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed September 22, 2026 to September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting. The Final Dividend of Re 0.50/- (10%) per Equity Share of Rs 5/- each as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the AGM will be paid on or before October 15, 2026 to those shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners maintained by Depositories as on September 21, 2026. Also, the Company is providing electronic voting (remote e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Members holding share either in physical or demat mode as on cut-off date i.e. Monday, September 21, 2026 may cast their vote electronically on the resolution included in the Notice of 48th Annual General Meeting. The e-voting shall commence from Friday, September 25, 2026 at 09:00 AM (IST) and ends on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM (IST).
