Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to intimate that an unfortunate fatal accident occurred at the factory unit of our material wholly owned subsidiary company, Del Monte Foods Private Limited (“Del Monte”) located at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, resulting in casualty of one workman. Del Monte is extending all necessary assistance to the family of the deceased. As part of ongoing statutory procedures, one manufacturing line for manufacturing “pizza sauce product” of the factory unit of Del Monte, where the incident occurred, has been stopped for operations under Section 40(2) of the Factories Act, 1948 pending completion of requisite assessment by the Joint Director- Environment, Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, Hosur pursuant to their order issued today i.e. September 03, 2026. There is no disruption to Del Monte’s other business activities except as stated herein and this impact is immaterial as per preliminary assessment. Del Monte is fully cooperating with the concerned authorities and is taking all necessary steps to facilitate completion of the assessment and resumption of operations at the stated manufacturing line at the earliest, subject to applicable statutory requirements. The Company’s other manufacturing operations and business activities continue as normal and remain unaffected by the aforesaid matter. The Company, along with the material subsidiary Del Monte, remains focused on business continuity and operational stability and will continue to monitor the situation closely. The Company shall make further disclosures, if and as may be required under applicable laws & regulations, upon occurrence or receipt of any material developments in this matter.
