Further Saturday 19™ September, 2025 as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions of AGM and Remote E-Voting will commence on Friday, 25% September, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) and ends on Sunday, 27% September, 2026 (5:00 p.m.). After that remote e-voting facility will be blocked and then members can vote at the time of AGM only through the e-voting system and voting through ballot paper at the AGM, on all the resolutions set out in the AGM Notice to the Members.
