Dear Sir/Madam, Vide above referred letter at Sr. No.1, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (B) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it was informed that RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (“the Company”) had received LoA from Directorate of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh for establishment of MIS-Central Dashboard System for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Himachal Pradesh. The estimated size of Order as per LoA was Rs. 20,35,24,096/- (Including Tax). 2. It is hereby informed that on account of financial non-viability of the project and non- availability/non-collection of the requisite funds required for implementation of the project, the Directorate of Higher education, Himachal Pradesh has cancelled the said LoA. 3. Disclosure as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure- A. 4.
