Ref: Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we inform you that Shri Vijay Dahiya, Vice-President – Operations Sandhar Ascast Private Limited (“SAPL”- Wholly-Owned Subsidiary) and a Senior Management Personnel ("SMP") of the Sandhar Technologies Limited (“Company”), has tendered his resignation from the position of Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from September 3, 2026, and from the services of SAPL from the close of business hours December 02nd 2026, due to personal reasons vide his resignation letter dated September 3, 2026. The Company has accepted his resignation, considering his request, the Management has decided to relieve him from the duties of SMP of Company from close of business hours today i.e. 03rd September, 2026 and the services of the SAPL with effect from the close of business hours on December 2, 2026, as per the notice period. Accordingly, Shri Dahiya ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 3, 2026 and his employment and association with the SAPL shall stand discontinued from the close of business hours on December 2, 2026. A copy of the resignation letter along with the Company's acceptance thereof is enclosed herewith. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Shri Dahiya during his tenure and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
