We wish to inform you that TVSSPL has successfully completed the acquisition of the aforesaid 51% equity stake in Weber. Consequent to the completion of the acquisition, Weber has become a subsidiary of TVSSPL and, accordingly, a step-down subsidiary of the Company with effect from 31st August, 2026.
