Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited (hereafter “Our Company” or “We”) traces its origins to 1933, when it was established as stakeholders.
Saraswati Sugar Syndicate Limited with a sugar mill having a crushing capacity of 400 tonnes per day at Yamunanagar,
Haryana. In 1946, we took a defining step by expanding into the manufacture of engineering goods alongside our sugar
business, a strategic decision that laid the foundation for our transformation into one of India’s leading diversified heavy
engineering companies.
Over more than nine decades, we have continuously strengthened our capabilities, broadened our portfolio and expanded our
global footprint. Today, we are a diversified, integrated heavy engineering enterprise, delivering comprehensive engineering
solutions across manufacturing, industrial projects, and sugar & ethanol. Our advanced manufacturing infrastructure,
engineering expertise and long-standing technology partnerships enable us to address complex customer requirements
across industries and geographies.
Today, with consolidated income of `6,92,228 Lakh, a permanent workforce of 2,970, and equipment supplied across 99
countries spanning six continents, we continue to build on our legacy of engineering excellence. Guided by innovation,
operational discipline and a steadfast commitment to creating long-term stakeholder value, we remain focused on
engineering solutions that power industries, strengthen economies and contribute to a more sustainable future.
