In this regard, we wish to inform the following: 1. Pursuant to the MCA Circulars including General Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 and subsequent circulars, the latest being Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025, the Notice of the 33rd AGM along with Integrated Annual Report including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for the financial year 2025-26 (FY 2026) is being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email ids are registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository Participant (‘DP’). The Company has provided the facility to its Members to cast their vote electronically, through the remote e-Voting facility (prior to AGM) and e-Voting facility (during the AGM), on all the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice to the Members, who are holding shares on the Cut-off date i.e. Saturday, September 19, 2026. 3.
