While your letter specifically mentions the period ended June 30, 2026, we want to clarify the status of all our pending financial results, including past quarters. We truly regret this delay. Our company has been facing major administrative difficulties, mostly due to a severe shortage of staff in our finance, accounting, and compliance teams. This lack of personnel made it very difficult to keep up with our regular reporting schedules, creating a backlog over the past few quarters. At the same time, our team has been working hard to clear other past compliance issues. While we have successfully resolved several of those matters, fixing multiple issues at once with a short-handed team has put a continuous, heavy workload on our management. Because of these staff shortages and the pressure of handling other pending compliance tasks, we could not upload the results on time. This is despite the fact that our Board of Directors had already reviewed and approved several past quarterly results during their meeting in June 2026. To fix this situation, we are now ready to disclose the pending financial results to the Exchange.
