Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd announced that its Board of Directors noted the resignation of Mr. Kamal Sharma as an Independent Director. The resignation, tendered due to "personal commitments" which prevent him from dedicating sufficient time, was effective from the close of business hours on June 10, 2026. The company will complete all necessary formalities concerning his cessation from the board. Mr. Sharma did not hold any other directorships or committee positions in listed companies.
