This is with reference to our letter dated 1st July, 2026 informing that the 20th AGM of the Company is
scheduled to be held on Friday, 31st July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) /
Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and
the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard.
Pursuant to Regulations 34(1) of the Listing Regulations, please find attached the Integrated Annual
Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the Notice of the 20th AGM of the
Company.
The Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Notice of the 20th AGM, is
