Dear Sir/ Madam, This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated July 24, 2026 regarding the revision in the Project Cost for the Aluminium Project of DriveSys Systems Private Limited (DriveSys), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. We wish to inform you that subsequent to the aforesaid communication, DriveSys has acquired additional land adjacent to the existing project site, being Plot No. E-10 admeasuring approximately 25,882 sq. mtrs., situated at Supa Parner Industrial Park, Supa, Tal. Parner Dist. Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra – 414301 for the purpose of the Aluminium Project. The acquisition of the aforesaid additional land has been made pursuant to the communication issued by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) dated September 2, 2026. The acquisition of the additional land will facilitate the proposed expansion and development of the Aluminium Project of DriveSys and provide additional space for the proposed manufacturing facilities and related infrastructure.
