Mrs. Raj Goenka, a member of the promoter group of Gamco Limited, acquired 10,047 equity shares of the company through open market transactions between June 17-18, 2026. This acquisition increased her total holding to 1,289,966 equity shares, representing 2.39% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
