The Register of members and share transfer book will remain close from Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 to Monday, 28th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM. In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing to its members, facility to cast their right to vote using an electronic voting system from a place other than venue of the meeting (“remote-e-voting”) for all the business to be transacted at the AGM. The e-voting shall commence on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. and ends on Sunday, 27th September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. The remote e-voting facility shall not be allowed after the aforementioned end date and time. The cut-off date to determine eligibility to cast votes by remote e-voting or venue e- voting of the Company is Monday, 21st September, 2026. The members who have not cast their votes by remote e-voting can exercise their voting rights during the AGM. Detailed procedure of remote e-voting/venue e-voting and attending the AGM through VC/OAVM has been provided in the Notice of the AGM. Members may participate in the AGM even after exercising his/her right to vote through remote e-voting but shall not be allowed to vote again at the AGM. The Notice of AGM along with Annual Report of the Company has been sent through electronic mode to all members of the Company whose email ids were registered with Company/ Depository Participants. Further the Company shall dispatch letters to the members whose email ids are not available with the Company/ Depository Participants.
