Scrip Symbol : TTKPRESTIG Scrip Code : 517506 Dear Sir, Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Disruption of operations at our Roorkee plant due to natural calamity (floods) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that operations at our manufacturing unit located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, have been disrupted today (9th July 2026) due to heavy rains and flooding in the region. We are currently assessing any potential damage to assets. However, we wish to clarify that all assets are adequately insured. Given the Company’s sufficient manufacturing capacities at other locations, we do not anticipate any material impact on overall operations. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide timely updates on the resumption of production. You are requested to kindly take the above information on record.
