Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 31,69,83,028 consisting of 31,69,83,028 equity shares of ₹ 1 each to ₹ 31,70,26,183 (Indian Rupees Thirty One Crores Seventy Lakh Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Three) consisting of 31,70,26,183 equity shares of ₹ 1 each.
