Dear Sir/Madam, Further to our letter dated May 22, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the shareholders of the Company at their 22nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on September 02, 2026, have approved the appointment of M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration Number: 105047W/W101187) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a first term of 5 (five) years i.e. from the conclusion of 22nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting to be held in the calendar year 2031, with requisite majority. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), have ceased to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company upon the conclusion of the 22nd AGM, consequent to the completion of their two terms of five consecutive years each.
