Appointment of Internal Auditor

Appointment of M/s. M A A K & Associates, Chartered Accountant, Ahmedabad as a Statutory Auditor of the Company for the FY 2026-27 to fill the Casual Vacancy accured due to Resignation of earlier Auditor. Further Board also recommended members to appoint the said Auditor for the 5 Financial Years. The Details of the new Appointed Auditor as per the SEBI Circular is attached as Annexure I. 2. Appointment of M/s. Kishan Patel & Associates as a Internal Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2026-27. The Details of the new Appointed Auditor as per the SEBI Circular is attached as Annexure II. 3. Approval of the Director's Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. 4. To convey the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11.00 A.M. at registered office of the Company at 315/B Block, Sakar-9, Beside old Reserve Bank of India, Near City Gold, Ashram Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380009. 5. Approve the Draft Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on 32nd September, 2026 on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Registered office of the Company. 6. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Company shall remain closed from Thursday, September 24, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. 7. The remote e-voting period commences on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 09.00 a.m. and ends on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 5.00 P.M. During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (cut-off date for e-voting), may cast their vote through remote e-voting.
