Accordingly, in compliance with the observations communicated by the Exchange vide email dated 2nd September 2026, we are hereby re-submitting the duly signed Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, incorporating the name and designation of the Chairman & Managing Director on the Financial Results page.
