The Company has received an intimation from the liquidator of Fractal Sweden on September 2, 2026, at 7:26 p.m. (IST), informing that Fractal Sweden stands liquidated with effect from July 15, 2026. Details with respect to the aforesaid liquidation as required under SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is provided in Annexure - A.
