Extension of tenure of Shri Devesh Singh as Chief Risk Officer with effect from 26th June 2026

PTC India Financial Services Ltd (PFS) has announced the extension of Shri Devesh Singh's tenure as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for a further period of two years, effective from June 26, 2026. Shri Singh will continue as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Managerial Personnel. Having served the PTC Group since 2007 and PFS since 2011, with his initial CRO appointment in 2019, this re-appointment reflects the Board's continued confidence in his extensive experience in corporate banking, treasury, and risk management. The move ensures continuity in a critical leadership function for the financial services company.
