The said Certificate was inadvertently omitted in the explanatory statement to the notice of the EGM. Accordingly, the Certificate has been placed in the explanatory statement to the notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, in compliance with sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 45 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Certificate from the Practicing Chartered Accountant is enclosed herewith for your reference and records.
