(i) Whether such nego(cid:415)a(cid:415)ons were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said informa(cid:415)on along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of nego(cid:415)a(cid:415)ons (cid:415)ll date. The Company evaluates various strategic opportuni(cid:415)es in the ordinary course, for growth and expansion of its business in the ordinary course. At this stage, there is no material event/ informa(cid:415)on that requires disclosure under Regula(cid:415)on 30 of the Securi(cid:415)es and Exchange Board of India (Lis(cid:415)ng Obliga(cid:415)ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula(cid:415)ons, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regula(cid:415)ons”).
