₹3,44,89,552/- (including interest and penalty) under the TNGST Act, 2017 (the Act). The demand
pertains to the alleged differences between taxes paid in GST returns and turnover declared in GSTR
9C as financial turnover for FY 2024-25 for Chennai location.
The requisite information, as per Para A of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 read with SEBI
Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is provided
below:
