Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,16,79,484 divided into 13,16,79,484 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 13,17,10,153 divided into 13,17,10,153 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
