Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is being sent to the
members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link from
where the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
Kindly note that the 25th Annual General Meeting of the members of company is scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, 30th day of September, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual
