A brief on types of customers: Through its subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Guatemala, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Colombia, Chile and Mexico, CPL uses a distinctive business strategy to deliver its goods directly to government, retailers and wholesalers. CPL uses its channel partner to market its goods in Africa. The items are exported by CPL to various subsidiaries and channel partners, who then supply them in their respective markets. CSL exports its goods to consumers in regulated markets, such as the US, Canada, Australia, and others, as well as through Caplin Steriles USA Inc., a direct subsidiary in the US.
