This is to inform you that the 18th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of GRE Renew Enertech Limited (Formerly known as GRE
Renew Enertech Private Limited) (‘the Company’) s scheduled to be held physically on Friday, the 25th day of September, 2026
at 04:30 P.M. at Hotel Shivalik, Nugar Iskcon Circle, Opp. Essar Petrol Pump, Bypass Highway, Mehsana – 384002, Gujarat, India,
to transact the business as outlined in the Notice of AGM.
In terms of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith
the soft copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, comprising, inter alia, the
Board’s Report, Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements and the Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
In accordance with the applicable provisions, the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year
2025-26 are being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Registrar
and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) / Depository Participant (‘DP’).
The Company has provided the facility to its Members to cast their vote electronically through remote e-Voting facility prior to
the AGM and e-Voting during the AGM, on all the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice, to the Members holding shares as on
the Cut-off Date i.e. Friday, 18th September, 2026.
