One direction. Caplin’s FY26 numbers, revenue of 2,187 Crores with 12.89% growth, net profit 650 Crores, up by 20.08% Y-o-Y, are not an aberration. But the latest entry in a decade-long pattern: profit has compounded at roughly 27%* over the past decade, without a single year of debt funding the climb. This foundational rigour now propels us into more sophisticated territories. Caplin Steriles USA turned profitable within its first year. Backward integration, Blow-Fill-Seal technology and pre-filled syringes are reshaping the product mix toward complexity. Our core business of LatAm received a fresh impetus in the form of land acquisition in Mexico for setting up our first facility in that region along with a proposed state-of-the-art liquid oral facility in Guatemala. None of it requires leverage, dilution, or a pause in cash generation, with free cash reserves standing at ₹1,471 Crores, 21X** growth over the past decade. For us, expansion does not translate to a compromise on stability. Instead, we continue to demonstrate that ambitious scale and fiscal discipline are twin forces that compound together, year after year. * Net Profit CAGR between FY16 (₹58 Crores) and FY26 (₹650 Crores) ** Cash Reserves (Free Cash Reserves) ₹68 Crores in FY16 to ₹1,471 Crores in FY26 Annual Report 2025-26 | 1 COMPOUNDING NUMBERS, WITHOUT COMPROMISE Net Worth (` Crore) Profit After Tax (` Crore) 4,000.00 3,630.80 700 649.73 3,500.00 600 541.09 2,886.39 3,000.00 500 461.42 2,346.83 2,500.00 376.99 1,907.27 400 2,000.00 308.45 1,509.88 1,500.00 1,000.00 500.00 100 FY22 FY23 FY24 FY25 FY26 FY22 FY23 FY24 FY25 FY26 Market Cap (` Crore) Total Income (` Crore) 16,000.00 2,500.00 2,302.73 14,000.00 13,461.00 2,033.90 11,438.24 2,000.00 1,761.04 12,000.00 10,000.00 1,522.71 10,000.00 1,500.00 1,308.16 8,000.00 1,000.00 6,000.00 5,135.00 4,529.00 4,000.00 500.00 2,000.00 FY22 FY23 FY24 FY25 FY26 FY22 FY23 FY24 FY25 FY26 2 | Annual Report 2025-26 CORPORATE OVERVIEW MANAGEMENT REPORTS STANDALONE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS NOTICE THE PASSION FOR COMPOUNDING NUMBERS TOTAL REVENUE 22.1% 10 Years CAGR OPERATING REVENUE 313 Cr to 2,303 Cr 21.6% 2015-16 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 10 Years CAGR 16.2% 310 Cr to 2,187 Cr 5 Years CAGR 2015-16 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 1,085 Cr to 2,303 Cr 15.6% 2020-21 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 5 Years CAGR 1,061 Cr to 2,187 Cr EBITDA 2020-21 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 26.0% 10 Years CAGR 87 Cr to 876 Cr PAT 2015-16 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 27.3% 20.0% 10 Years CAGR 5 Years CAGR 58 Cr to 650 Cr 352 Cr to 876 Cr 2015-16 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 2020-21 to 2025-26 (` Cr.) 21.0% 5 Years CAGR 251 Cr to 650 Cr 2020-21 to 2025-26 (` Cr.)
