Conisendum to the Annual Report for Financial Year ended March 31. 2026 Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to the Annual Report of Grauer & Weil (lndia) Limited ("Company'') for the financial year 2025-26, submitted to the Stock Exchanges on August 26, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2O15. Subsequent to the filing, we noticed certain inadvertent typographical errors in the Annual Report, as detailed below: Page No. 98 - Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR): "Purchase from top 10 trading houses as % oftotal purchase from trading houses" should be read as 51.09% instead of L2.50%. 'Sales (Sales to related parties as To of Total Sales)" should be read as 0.06% instead of 5.75%. Page No. 180 - Note No. 33 J(bl (Related Party Transactions): "Purchase of Assets from an Enterprise of KMP" should be read as t0.10 Lacs instead of t9r500.00 Lacs, and the amount under the 'Total" column should be read as t89.12 Lacs instead of t9,589.02 tacs. Page No. 222- Note No. 17 (Deferred Tax Liabilities (Net)): a. * "Deferred Tax Asset Accrued expenses allowable on actual payments" should be read as <(246.30) Lacs instead of t(8O065.50) tacs. b. "lncome Tax on lnd AS adjustments" should be read as t(262.131 tacs instead of t79,557.07 l-acs.
