The 61st Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company was held on 02nd September, 2026 through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without physical presence of the Members at a common Venue. In accordance with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules made thereunder, as amended (‘Rules’) the Company had provided remote e-voting facility, to facilitate the members of the Company who were shareholders, as of the cut-off date of 24th August, 2026, to cast their votes electronically on all businesses proposed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The Remote e-voting period commenced on Sunday, 30th August, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and concluded on Tuesday, 01st September, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The Company had also provided facility for voting through e-voting system during the AGM for those Shareholders who had not cast their votes by remote e-voting. Copy of the Scrutinizer’s Consolidated Report along with requisite particulars of remote e- voting and e-voting during the AGM as per Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed for your information and record.
