The aggregate value of the order under the said PO is INR 165.55 Crores plus applicable taxes. The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are as follows: (i) Name of the entity awarding the Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation order(s)/contract(s) Limited (AP TRANSCO) (ii) Significant terms and conditions of i) Supply of 17 Nos. 80 MVA / order(s)/contract(s) awarded in brief 220/33 kV Power Transformer ii) Supply of 9 Nos. 80 MVA / 132/33 kV Power Transformer (iii) Whether order(s)/contract(s) have been Domestic awarded by domestic/international entity (iv) Nature of order(s) / contract(s) Manufacture and Supply of 26 Number of power transformers (v) The time period by which the order All 26 transformers between 10/ 2026 to (s)/contract(s) is to be executed 06/ 2027 (vi) Broad consideration or size of the INR 165.55 Crores plus applicable order(s)/contract(s) taxes (vii) Whether the promoter /promoter group/group No companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s)? if yes, nature of interest and details thereof. (viii) whether the order(s)/contract(s) would fall No within related party transactions? If yes, whether the same is done at “arm’s length” Further, we hereby confirm that this transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction as specified under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
