This is to inform you that, the 95th AGM of the members of Salem Erode Investments Limited
(“the Company”) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10.30 A.M. (IST) through
Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) without the physical
presence of the members in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act,
2013, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In this regard, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain
closed as part of Annual Book Closure of the Company from September 24, 2026, to September
30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
