Olympian Finvest Private Limited, a promoter group entity of Nova Iron & Steel Ltd, will acquire 45,73,675 equity shares, representing 12.65% of the company's share capital, from four other promoter group companies. This off-market transaction, priced at Rs. 11 per share, is an inter-se transfer intended for restructuring among the promoter group members.
