PRECISION AT SCALE,
CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE
ANNUAL REPORT 2025-26
PRECISION AT SCALE,
CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE
Omnitech Engineering Limited’s growth story is built on
the conviction that precision and scale are not mutually
exclusive, but mutually reinforcing. Great engineering
rests on delivering both together, creating lasting value for
customers, communities, and stakeholders alike.
From a single machining company in Rajkot to a platform
now serving over 256 customers across 24 countries, the
Company enters its next chapter, marked by new facilities,
new sectors, and new possibilities. We deliver precision
engineering at scale.
The Company continues to expand its capability base while
maintaining the process discipline, certifications, and quality
systems that safety-critical industries demand. This gives us
an ability to scale without compromising precision, which
remains central to how Omnitech competes and grows.
Precision at Scale, Creating Sustainable Value
captures this spirit; it embodies the idea that capability
and growth are not ends in themselves, but the means by
which Omnitech deepens trust, expands possibility, and
helps its customers, employees, and communities move
forward, together.

BUSINESS VERTICALS
CAPABILITIES ACROSS INDUSTRIES
Omnitech’s operations are organised across three core business verticals, each reflecting a distinct
facet of the Company’s precision-engineering capability. Together, these segments span critical
infrastructure, industrial automation, and diversified mobility applications, positioning Omnitech as
a broad-based manufacturing partner across global industrial value chains.
Energy
Energy is Omnitech's core end-use segment and remained its largest FY26 contributor
by revenue, spanning Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, and Power applications. Within Oil & Gas,
the Company is broadening its participation across the value chain, from upstream drilling
and exploration to midstream flow-control and downstream refining, aiming to deepen
customer wallet share by moving from individual components toward a broader scope
combining machining, fabrication, special processes, and fully assembled and testing
solutions.
Diversification within Energy now extends into renewable-energy and power-production
applications, including gas turbines, leveraging the same core machining, material, and
quality competencies across sub-segments. As component criticality rises, customer
qualifications, reliability, and traceability have become increasingly central to how Omnitech
competes and retains long-term programme relationships.
