The Company has revised notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Tuesday, 29th day of September, 2026 at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio- Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice of the AGM approved earlier has not been uploaded/circulated to the members of the Company. The Company has accordingly revised the said Notice, and the revised Notice approved by the Board at its meeting held today shall be the final notice of the 27th AGM and shall be circulated/shared with the members of the Company accordingly.
