CHAIRMAN’S
MESSAGE
Dear Shareholders,
It gives me great pleasure to present the 35th Annual Report of Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited for the
financial year 2025-26.
The year marks an important new chapter in the journey of your Company. Built over decades on a strong
foundation of agro-processing expertise, we have continued to evolve with changing markets while staying
true to our core strengths.
A significant strategic development during the year was the execution of an Asset Purchase Agreement in
January 2026 for the acquisition of the corn wet-milling facility at Davangere, Karnataka from Cargill India
Private Limited. The acquisition was subsequently completed in April 2026, after the close of the financial year,
marking an important step in strengthening our manufacturing footprint in southern India. With its
established infrastructure and processing capabilities, the facility provides a strong platform to enhance our
presence in corn wet milling and serve customers across India and international markets.
It is an opportunity to build a stronger, more integrated and competitive business, creating new avenues for
growth across starches, sweeteners and value-added maize derivatives.
The ingredients industry continues to offer attractive long-term opportunities, supported by the growth of
food processing, evolving consumer preferences and increasing demand for quality ingredients. We believe
our manufacturing capabilities, industry experience and customer relationships position us well to participate
in this growth.
Our focus going forward will be on disciplined execution, operational excellence, capacity utilisation,
innovation and expansion into new markets. At the same time, we remain committed to responsible capital
allocation and sustainable value creation.
Sustainability remains an important part of our journey. We will continue to focus on resource efficiency,
renewable energy and responsible manufacturing, while creating value for the wider ecosystem in which we
operate.
I would like to sincerely thank our employees, customers, farmers, suppliers, business partners and all our
stakeholders for their continued support. I am particularly grateful to our shareholders for the confidence they
have placed in the Company.
As we embark on this next phase, we remain confident in our capabilities and optimistic about the
opportunities ahead. We will continue to build on our legacy, embrace change and pursue growth with
purpose and responsibility.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S
MESSAGE
Dear Stakeholders,
FY 2025-26 has been a year of renewed momentum for Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited. A significant
strategic development during the year was the execution of an Asset Purchase Agreement in January 2026 for
the acquisition of the corn wet-milling facility at Davangere, Karnataka. The acquisition was completed in April
2026, subsequent to the close of the financial year, and marks an important step in strengthening our
operational platform and rebuilding our presence in corn wet milling.
With the acquisition having been completed in April 2026, our immediate priority is to undertake the
necessary preparatory activities for commissioning and commencement of operations at the facility. The
Company is taking all necessary steps, including obtaining the requisite licences, registrations and statutory
approvals, as applicable, to enable commencement of operations. Subject to completion of these activities
and receipt of the requisite approvals, the operations of the facility are expected to commence in October
2026. We remain focused on ensuring a smooth transition, operational readiness and efficient utilisation of the
facility, while progressively harnessing its potential.
We see significant opportunities to grow our range of starches, sweeteners, and value-added maize derivatives,
while remaining closely aligned with evolving customer needs. This growth will be supported by our focus on
people, technology, operational excellence, and consistent quality.
Sustainability will remain integral to our operations, with continued emphasis on energy efficiency, renewable
energy, and responsible manufacturing.
As we move forward, disciplined execution, agility and a commitment to our customers will remain at the
heart of our journey. We are confident that the foundations we are building today will enable us to create a
stronger, more competitive and sustainable business.
I thank our employees for their commitment and our customers, farmers, suppliers, business partners, and
shareholders for their continued trust and support.
Together, we look forward to building the next phase of growth for Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited.
