Pursuant to the provisions of Section 196(4) of the Companies Act, 2013, the appointment of Mr. Swaroop Dylon (DIN: 11921050) as a Whole-time Director of the Company is required to be approved by the members of the Company at the next General Meeting. Accordingly, with reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting filed with the Stock Exchange on 14th August, 2026, wherein the Notice convening the 45th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company was approved, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the revised Notice of the 45th AGM, along with the Director’s Report and other related documents forming part of the Annual Report, to incorporate the aforesaid agenda item for approval of the members.
